About the Beer:
The Beer is clear light golden in color and has a good amount of visible carbonation. It produces a large head of brilliant white foam with a fine texture which lasts for a few minutes, but consistently leaves a thin head covering the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
Aroma of light grainy malt with overtones of hops – leafy and bitter. A faint whiff of alcohol in the background.
The flavor is also very clean and malty with some hop presence in the initial part of the flavor profile adding some honey and maybe flowers for the taste.
It isn’t the most complex beer I have ever had, but it is satisfying and very drinkable. By memory, it’s fairly similar to any other good Pilsner, which is not a bad place to be. It gets the job done but doesn’t have that lil’ extra something magical to keep me coming back for it.
