About the Beer
A vigorous pour produces a mass of foam on top, the body of the beer is made up of medium and small-sized bubbles, with well below average retention time and the foam lingering only for a few seconds. The head recedes to a very thin ring around the perimeter of the glass leaving no lacing along the sides of the glass.
This beer is medium light to medium in body having carbonation of medium intensity. It has aromas of lemonade, coriander and sweet ginger beer. The taste follows with a decent amount of orange in the beginning to go with a wheaty malt taste. However, after these two specific flavors show up, everything fades quickly into a watery mess. Coriander pops up once or twice, but is so faint it may as well have never been there.
Mouthfeel isn’t entirely bad as it has a decent texture initially, but that watery feel and taste just kills any buzz the beer had created initially. The orange taste also fades much too quickly considering it doesn’t have much back up. Drinkability was okay at the start, but then quickly descended into a disaster .
Pretty much average in all aspects, This beer is trying desperately to be something it is not. The fancy spiciness is just killing its ability to be considered drinkable
