About the Beer:
Pours a hazy golden orange with lots of rising bubbles. Huge white head with good retention and leaves a lot of lacing around the glass.
A bright and crisp citrus driven aroma with lots of coriander spice. Wheat grains and pale malts with hints of biscuit, cracker, and yeast. We also find hints of citrus orange peel, lemon zest and tangerine. and plenty of coriander. There are also some hints of herbal and grassy hops as well. A pretty decent light wheat aroma.
The taste pretty well follows the aroma with lots of orange and hints of malt. The coriander kind of gets lost among the muck here, as it is slightly citrusy. It has a moderate mouthfeel but it is refreshing. The carbonation is light and relatively gentle.
Light to medium bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Crisp, clean and slightly tart.
Overall a decent light wheat ale with some nice citrus and coriander notes
